Blood Pythons in GURPS

Python curtus

Blood pythons are exceptionally thick bodied serpents for their length. They get their name from the blood red color some have, although not all are so vibrant. They are patterned with large irregular blotches.

Blood pythons live in the swamps of Malaysia, Borneo, Sumatra and nearby islands. There they lie in wait for unsuspecting prey, typically rodents, birds, or other small warm blooded animals. Blood pythons are valued for their leather.

Blood pythons often reach Huge size, but they are so thick bodied they are not nearly as long as the standard templates would suggest.
