Wooly Monkeys in GURPS

Lagothrix sp.

Wooly monkeys are found in northern South America in jungles and forest. They have a prehensile tail, long limbs, and a wooly coat that is typically darker on the underside, head, and distal portions of the limbs and tail than on the back and upper limbs. They mostly eat fruit, but will also eat seeds, flowers, and insects.

Wooly monkeys live in groups of a few dozen individuals which split up into smaller groups to forage in the day. These groups are patrilocal and patriarchal, led by an alpha male. There is very little inter-group aggression.
